Celebration „ZUKUNFTGEBER“

No award without a proper celebration! If you have already been voted one of the most attractive employers in the region by the Brunswick Region Employers‘ Association after a thorough examination, you can celebrate.

On October 14th the time had come and our managing director Dr. Franziska Gromadecki happily accepted the certificate as a „ZUKUNFTGEBER“. Afterwards, in a relaxed atmosphere, there was active „networking“ with other award winners. A successful event!

„Zukunftgeber“ is an award that particularly attractive employers in the region can receive if they take part in the certification process of the employers‘ association Region Braunschweig e.V.

The Abwasserverband Braunschweig was examined in a total of nine categories and addressed the central questions of flexibility, individual offers and incentives. Overall, top marks were achieved in eight categories: nutrition and health, attractive earning potential, personnel development, digital, innovation, communication and transparency, mobility and connections, freedom and comfort, and a sense of responsibility.
