Garbage in the landscape 2023
We collect garbage on March 16th
On Thursday, March 16, the employees of the Abwasserverband Braunschweig will take part in the district-wide „Garbage in the Landscape 2023“ campaign day. For this reason, there is only limited availability on this day.
The association’s employees will remove carelessly disposed waste from hedges and adjacent green strips in the association’s area, thereby making their contribution to a cleaner environment. Last year, 14 m3 of rubbish came together in this way, 4 m3 of which was hazardous waste, which was later picked up by the Peine district waste management company.
In addition, the Abwasserverband Braunschweig took 2nd place in the competition of the Peiner waste management companies in the category Associations/Locations. We hope for a similar success this year.
